In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "889u", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 889u platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities responsible for the provision of services available at 889u.net.
• "Platform" means the 889u website at 889u.net, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications or interfaces.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the 889u platform and is accessing or using any of its services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player upon successful registration and verification on the 889u platform.

Provision of false information in connection with eligibility — including false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 889u platform at any time. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your 889u login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 889u will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out through your account while logged in is deemed to have been carried out by you and remains your responsibility.

5.3 Currency & Exchange

The 889u platform operates in PKR for Pakistani players. Where a game or betting market is denominated in a different base currency, conversion is applied automatically at the prevailing internal exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 889u is not responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange rates where applicable.

889u periodically offers bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to registered players. 6.1 Wagering Requirements

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

6.4 Promotion Modifications

889u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a player, subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of acceptance.

7.1 Sports Betting

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 889u platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 889u platform without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any 889u software.
• Use the 889u name, logo, or branding in any context that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without explicit written consent from 889u.
• Create derivative works based on 889u content for commercial purposes.

All rights not expressly granted under this licence are reserved by 889u. Unauthorised use of 889u intellectual property may give rise to legal claims for damages and/or injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 889u and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 889u platform:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical faults, third-party payment processing delays, or data feed errors beyond 889u's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 889u's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by 889u's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

889u collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the 889u platform and forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. • Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request relating to the account.
• Where continued operation of the account presents a risk to 889u, its other players, or third parties.
• Where a player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions in Section 12.

Players may also voluntarily close their 889u account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
